Dress Code

CASUAL

There is no official dress code for this shindig! Dress up or dress down- whatever is most comfortable for you!

The ceremony and reception will be entirely outdoors, an extra sweater or cover-up may be a good idea if weather changes.

There is going to be a fair amount of walking, so if you're wearing heels, an alternate pair of shoes may also be helpful!

Keep an eye on the weather prior to the wedding,

we will be getting married rain or shine!

Where should we park?

The Seno Conservancy has limited parking. We are hoping to keep trail parking limited to those with small children and those who have mobility issues. We will be asking certain individuals to park at a nearby lot in Slades Corners (5 minutes up the road) and shuttle in via our personal shuttle service (a friend in a van ... in not a creepy way). We will be reaching out to those selected folks individually, so please expect communication on that front.

Will there be childcare?

Nope! We want children to be involved, not hidden away! No pressure to bring the kids if you want a night out, but we are opening this up as a family event! Entertainment will be provided for the youngins!

What will the food options be?

We will be offering smoked brisket and sides, a good ole country throwdown! For the kids we will be opening up a PB&J table along with some other more kid friendly options! If you choose to bring your own food for the kids (or yourself) - we will not be offended! Let us know ahead of time and we can coordinate food storage for you!

Will there be alcohol involved?

Yes, we will provide beer and a few selected cocktail and mocktail/NA options!

Do you have a registry?

No, we do not! And that's on purpose. Between the two of us, we have all the appliances and household necessities that will carry us into our future together. If you choose to give us a gift, a financial contribution would be greatly appreciated!
